Patientco does not support compatibility mode for Internet Explorer.
What is Compatibility Mode?
With the release of Internet Explorer 8, Microsoft introduced compatibility mode for websites that were optimized for IE7. This functionality changes the way websites look and feel and should be disabled for newer websites, such as Patientco.
How to disable compatibility mode in IE 9, 10, and 11
There are two ways to disable compatibility mode in Internet Explorer:
1. For IE 9 and 10: Click the page button to the right of the address bar
2. For IE 9, 10, and 11: Press ALT to access the Tools menu and select “Compatibility View Settings”
Make sure “Display all websites in Compatibility View” is NOT checked
If a Patientco site is listed as one of the websites, select the site and then hit “Remove”
