Patients are the heart of Patientco. Everything we do is ultimately for patients, and we are all patients at some point in our lives; therefore, we understand the importance of looking at the payment process from the patient’s point of view. Hundreds of hours of patient interviews impacted our payment features, and it shows. Patients like paying on a system designed by them, for them.
We constantly visit providers for suggestions on how to improve our solution. This past month we visited Patientco Providers in 4 different states, interviewing everyone from CFOs to daily users. In fact, our latest product feature, Daily Balance Updates, was inspired by feedback from users at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (thanks Cooley!).
At the upcoming HFMA ANI Conference, we will have the privilege of listening in on a discussion between healthcare finance executives moderated by GRMC’s Kyle Wilcox to discover new ways we can help providers excel in their revenue cycle.
